Tim has successfully settled and tried cases that resulted in numerous settlements or judgments over the million dollar mark. In 1993, he successfully argued an important federal maritime case in front of the United States Supreme Court. In a 7-2 vote the justices of the Supreme Court agreed with Mr. Falcon and he kept an important remedy available for injured mariners. Mr. Falcon and the firm currently handle hundreds of cases for workers who were wrongfully exposed to radiation due to the negligence and intent of various oil companies. This work has resulted in significant verdicts and settlements in an area of the law that he and his firm are one of a few firms developing. He is involved in the case from the beginning to the end, including preparing and trying the case and working on the appeals. The Falcon Law Firm team has developed significant successful trial techniques that help to maximize the settlements and judgments that are obtained for the firm’s clients.
